- Print larger and test the final material under the expected conditions.
Fix the symbol first
Return to dark modules on white, restore a four-module quiet zone, remove the logo, and use a square image without distortion. If that works, reintroduce branding one change at a time. For screens, reduce glare and make sure the camera can focus on the full code.
Then check the payload
A successfully decoded code may still appear broken when the URL has a typo, the website is offline, or Wi-Fi security settings do not match the router. Copy and inspect the decoded value. Static QR codes do not update automatically when the destination changes.
